Please check with the colleges to which you are applying for the application deadlines Some schools have adopted early decision policies. (Baylor is one of these schools) You MUST meet the deadlines of colleges to be considered for admission.
Apply Early!
Seniors, Remember to check the entry deadlines for the schools to which you are applying. If you have not tested yet, you should be registered for the SAT or the ACT if you are planning to attend a 4 year school. For letters of recommendation, see Mrs. Jonson at least one week before you need the letter if there is a deadline! For transcripts, you must request the transcript in writing or by signing the message board in Mrs. Meyer's office door.
New scholarship applications are added weekly to the message boxes by Mrs. Johnson's office. Check them often if you are interested in applying for scholarships.
Check with the schools you are interested in!
Register for the SAT and/or the ACT if you still need to take them or re-take.
Plan your college visits soon! These visits will help you to determine if that campus is right for you. Don't wait until
the last minute. Remember that these visits must be planned absences.

Students are encouraged to help neighbors, relatives, and shut-ins - yard work, errands, cleaning. Have an adult sign for the hours - any service provided without pay may be considered for their graduation requirement - talk with Mr. Wachsmann to confirm.
